THE PROJECT'S KEY POINTS
This building, which dates back to 1905 and is an example of Valencian architecture, is where it was decided to renovate the facilities of a historic Valencian company. Now, the building has a renewed vision and a new useful life more in keeping with its use, integrating itself into the plot on which it was designed.
The Fran Silvestre Arquitectos team points out that: "The building allows us to imagine the city in which it was built more than a hundred years ago. As in the case of the old flexo, it brings us closer to thinking about how we lived at that time and to assuming the future changes and transformations that are to come in order to keep the city and the building active".
