THE PROJECT'S KEY POINTS
The Baltasar building addresses the balance between heritage conservation and urban densification within the framework of the three pillars of sustainability: social sustainability in terms of dynamising the social profile in a densified neighbourhood, identity in terms of "embracing and loving the old and the new" and equity in terms of the balance between the quality of rented and private housing.
In addition, the architectural team in charge of the project indicates that this restructuring has used elements of local craftsmanship, infrastructures related to the sustainability of plants and bioclimatic solutions to reduce energy consumption.
