THE PROJECT'S KEY POINTS
The planning site (D23) is located in the south-western area of Seestadt Aspern /1220 Vienna. The three sections of 4 to 5-storey buildings and a total of fifty dwellings are the first free-financed condominiums in this suburb.
The architectural team of Clemens Kirsch Architecture states: "A special highlight of the project is formed by the colourfully decorated Aparici cement tiles in the stairwell. Inspired by the aesthetics and tradition of Jugendstil / art nouveau (Viennese)".
